Bearing Heater Limited Warranty

For a period of one (1) year following purchase, Cone Mounter Co. warrants the ConeMount™ Bearing Heaters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will perform in substantial compliance with the user’s manual.  ConeMount Bearing Heaters are provided “as is” without any further warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  Except as stated above, the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the ConeMount™ Bearing Heater is with the customer. 

Should the ConeMount™ Bearing Heaters prove defective in a manner that is not covered by the above warranty,  customer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.  In no event shall Cone Mounter Co. be liable to customer or any third party with respect to liability, loss or damage caused by, or alleged to be caused by, the ConeMount Bearing Heater, its use or operation, whether direct, incidental, special, or consequential, even if Cone Mounter Co. or an authorized Cone Mounter Co. representative has been advised of the possibility of such liability, loss or damage.  The customer specifically agrees to indemnify Cone Mounter Co. against any such claims. 

Cone Mounter Co. does not warrant that the ConeMount™ Bearing Heater will meet the customer’s requirements.  Cone Mounter Co. shall in no event become liable for any damages hereunder in excess of the purchase price paid for the ConeMount™ Bearing Heaters.  For warranty service, return defective product PREPAID to:
