By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. No other terms shall apply except agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.

Payment Terms

All orders are subject to applicable shipping charges. Shipping charges for ground service on all stocking orders are determined by using a flat rate table that is based on the combined, dimensional weight of all items in the order. Net 30 days on approved open accounts from date of invoice. In addition to open accounts, we also accept cash, C.O.D., and most major credit cards. Open accounts available on approval.

Returns

Call 1-800-343-6000 for a Return Goods Authorization number. We accept returns for 30 days after purchase. Include a copy of your invoice or packing list. All returns must be in their original package and shipped back to:

Limited Warranty

Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material workmanship.

Obligations

You warrant, represent and agree:(1) to comply with all laws; (2) that our sale shipment of the product will not, by export thereof, your legal status or otherwise, cause us to violate any law; and (3) to indemnify us against any losses from a failure by you or a third party to comply with the law or these terms and conditions, or from use of the product.
